We provide a warm, non-judgmental space for you to process and heal. Seeking out therapy is a big step and we're ready to meet you where you are. You are the expert on your own life and journey and together we will collaborate with you to determine the best approach for your needs.
As clinical social workers, we come to our training as mental health therapists through a lens of working with those affected by oppression and marginalization. We are advocates for growth and change not only at the micro (individual) level, but in the systems and structures that oppress.
