As clinical social workers, we come to our training as mental health therapists through a lens of working with those affected by oppression and marginalization. We are advocates for growth and change not only at the individual level, but within the systems that impact our feelings and experiences.

Erin is the owner and founder of Clementine Healing and is a practicing therapist/clinical social worker with almost 20 years working in the mental health field. She earned her clinical Master's of Social Work degree and Certificate in School Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in 2011 and later served as an adjunct instructor in the same program. She is an approved clinical licensure supervisor in the District of Columbia and Virginia.
After many years as an in-home family therapist and school-based clinician, Erin transitioned into private practice where she currently serves adults of all ages. Erin specializes in working with trauma (CPTSD/PTSD) and abuse survivors, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), chronic health issues, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Erin is trained in a variety of talk therapy and play therapy modalities as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
When not at work, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, engaging in advocacy work, and enjoying various outdoor activities.

Milo is a therapist/clinical social worker with over seven years of therapeutic work under their belt, as well as four years of teaching experience. Additionally, Milo is a certified as an End-of-Life Doula. Milo earned their clinical Master’s of Social Work (MSW) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in May, 2023. Milo is an approved supervisee in social work in the state of Virginia and is a licensed graduate social worker (LGSW) in DC.
Milo comes from an eclectic, experiential and therapeutic background, having held positions as a language and special education teacher, intensive in-home behavior therapy clinician, and trauma-informed therapeutic foster care case manager. Milo works with individual clients ages 3 and up, couples, and families. Milo specializes in working work diverse clients with anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, grief, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and who are in need of LGBTQIA+ related support. They offer a strengths-based and person-centered approach and are trained in play therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address these needs.
When not thinking about therapy, Milo loves to be out in nature with their dog Hank, weight training at their local gym, working on mindfulness practices, and travelling.

Bianca is a therapist and clinical social worker. Bianca has spent several years practicing in community mental health settings. Following which, Bianca received her Master’s of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Bianca is an approved supervisee in social work in the State of Virginia and a Licensed Graduate Social Worker in the District of Columbia. Bianca’s background is rooted in advocacy, having served as a court advocate for a local domestic violence program, as well as the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office. In addition, Bianca has worked extensively in substance misuse treatment at various levels of care.
Bianca enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating periods of life transitions. Bianca operates from a person-centered and empowerment-focused approach. Bianca’s primary areas of interest include: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, systemic stress, substance use, acculturation challenges, and racial-ethnic identity development. Bianca draws from a range of therapeutic interventions, depending on the needs of a client. This includes mindfulness, harm reduction, motivational interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
When Bianca is not in office, she loves to explore new restaurants and specialty coffee shops in the area!
