We are in-network with the following commercial insurance plans: Cigna/Evernorth, United Healthcare, Anthem, Carefirst in DC and Northern Virginia, and Aetna. We are Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers for some of the insurances listed above. We are also in-network with Medicare and Virginia Anthem and United Healthcare Medicaid plans. We are happy to work with your insurance to check your benefits and submit claims. If you carry more than one insurance policy, please let us know.
Rates are often determined by your insurance plan. If going through insurance, you will be informed of your co-pay or co-insurance rate prior to the session. We offer a sliding scale for those in financial need.
Our private pay rates are as follows:
Child/Adolescent sessions (45 minutes)
$80 - MSW/LGSW
$100 - LCSW-LICSW
Adult sessions (60 minutes)
$110 - MSW/LGSW
$140 - LCSW/LICSW
Effective 2/24/24, Clementine Healing will move to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of $75 or the total session fee (if less than $75). Shortened sessions may also incur a charge. As a fee for service agency, we are not able to bill your insurance for services that do not take place. Repeated cancelations and no shows may result in termination of services.
Masks are optional for clients and we are happy to wear a mask upon your request. Our building is equipped with upgraded air filtration.
Please do not come to in-person appointments with active symptoms of illness. If you are feeling up to it, we are happy to meet via telehealth if you are under the weather.
Prior to meeting, we will send you some forms to complete including a questionnaire about your needs and experiences. We may also send screeners to better assess your current symptoms. In the first session, we will review the information shared and make sure to discuss anything pressing that you would like to process. We prioritize building rapport and establishing treatment goals over the first several sessions.
