Individual sessions typically occur at a weekly, dedicated time. Sessions for children usually are usually 45 minutes, whereas sessions for adults are usually 55 minutes. We see clients in person at our office in Henrico, Virginia.
Being apart of a group can help us grow in ways that would not have been possible alone. We offer various therapeutic groups on a rotating schedule.
We support parents and families. Family work can be an important part of working with your child and we are trained in a variety of family treatment modalities.
We offer telehealth appointments through our HIPAA compliant portal for clients throughout the District of Columbia and Virginia. Telehealth offers flexibility and convenience.
